The service

Tiny Together offers baby and pregnancy tracking, growth charts, vaccination and checkup schedules, reminders, a diary, printable keepsakes and a parent community. We continually improve the app, so features may change over time.

Not medical advice

Tiny Together is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Schedules, charts, milestones and community posts are for general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your or your child's health, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Community guidelines

Be kind and respectful. Only share photos of children you are the parent or guardian of, and never share another family's private information. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, and you can report posts or block users at any time.

Your account

You may need an account to use some features of Tiny Together. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Tiny Together. In particular, you will not:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful to children;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, or use it to send spam.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Tiny Together. You grant TopApps a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, and — for content you choose to share publicly — to show it to other users.

Our intellectual property

Tiny Together, including its design, software, lessons, illustrations and other materials, is owned by TopApps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only as permitted by these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tiny Together is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopApps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Tiny Together and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Tiny Together after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
