Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and information generated as you use the app:

• Account information: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google, Apple or email.
• Family profiles: details you enter about your baby or pregnancy, such as name, birthday or due date, gender and avatar.
• Care and health records: feeds, sleep, diapers, growth measurements, teeth, medicine, temperature, vaccinations, checkups, milestones, and the mother's own measurements and cycle logs.
• Photos and diary content: pictures, diary entries, moods and notes you add to records, calendars or moments.
• Community content: posts, comments, reactions and reports you make in the parent community, which are visible to other users.
• Purchase information: subscription status and transaction identifiers from the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card details.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, advertising identifier, crash reports and anonymous analytics events.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the tracking, schedules, reminders, charts, diary and community features; to sync your records across devices; to process subscriptions; to show ads in the free version; to keep the community safe; and to understand how to improve Tiny Together.

Health information

Records about your baby, your pregnancy and your own health are private to your account. They are never shown in the community unless you choose to share them in a post, and they are never used to target ads or sold to anyone.

Advertising

The free version of Tiny Together shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. Where required, we ask for your consent first. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, and Premium removes ads.

Children

Tiny Together is intended for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. Information about children is entered by their parent or guardian, who controls it and can edit or delete it at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Tiny Together — such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of TopApps, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Tiny Together. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings; we then delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app, or by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
