The service

Say Right offers language lessons, vocabulary and grammar practice, listening and reading content, AI-powered conversation practice and social learning features. We continually improve the app, so features may change over time.

AI-generated content

Conversations, feedback and scores in Say Right are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are designed to support your learning but may occasionally be inaccurate. Please don't rely on them for official assessments or certifications.

Your account

You may need an account to use some features of Say Right. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Say Right. In particular, you will not:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful to children;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, or use it to send spam.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Say Right. You grant TopApps a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, and — for content you choose to share publicly — to show it to other users.

Our intellectual property

Say Right, including its design, software, lessons, illustrations and other materials, is owned by TopApps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only as permitted by these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Say Right is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopApps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Say Right and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Say Right after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
